I have been seeing Carole for a few months now to help manage pain and symptoms from a relatively new ENDOMETRIOSIS & ADENOMYOSIS diagnosis. My flare ups were weekly with only a few days of not much pain in between each flare. Now I can get through 3-4 weeks without having a prolonged flare up. I have occasional pain which comes and goes but overall my quality of life has improved. I feel emotionally stronger & more stable and I feel supported by Carole through this all.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself.
Plantar Reflexology involves applying finger or thumb pressure to specific points on the feet, and Hands Reflexology to the hands - when parts or the whole of the feet cannot be used.
These points are called Reflexes and correspond to the organs, glands and other structures of the body. They also reflect a person's emotional health and in other words, map the entire body and mind on the feet and hands.
